Vacant Housing & Infrastructure – Mexico

At UCLA, I was hired as a research assistant to work on a spatial analysis of vacant housing issues in Mexico. This project included computing descriptive statistics for 100+ cities in Mexico, identifying and formatting data on vacant housing, education and infrastructure and calculating various indices to use in the research study. As part of this work, I also edited various publications on the impact of Mexico’s housing finance program and strategies to curb urban sprawl.

I also generated numerous publication quality maps, map extrusions and graphics as seen below.
